1.Anticorrosive Aerosol corrosion includes chemical and electrochemical corrosion.Each component should be collected with full attention.Because dimethyl ether DME is used as propellant gas, attention should be paid to prevent the corrosion of packaging by water and dimethyl ether DME.Therefore, water must be deionized.If possible, vacuum the air in the top space of the tank.Adjust the pH value of the product between 7 and 10.Add preservatives such as sodium benzoate.
2.Safety DME is a flammable gas.After formulation, the flammability is adjustable because it can be highly miscible with water.It can be reduced to flammable or non-flammable.
3.Valves and seals The valve cup will come into contact with DME.The unique solvent properties of DME may corrode the valve cup or paint, especially in the case of water or alcohol.This should be especially considered when DME is regarded as a propellant gas. In addition, due to the perfect solubility of DME, some sealants may have problems.The preferred expansion rate of the sealant is 5%-15%, and the time is 72 hours.If the expansion ratio is too large, leakage may be a big problem of DME. 4.
